D.G. Peter Sarsfield spent almost 15 years as a  municipal prosecutor in Mercer and Burlington County municipalities.   His extensive prosecutorial experience, as well as earlier service as a municipal public defender, helps him resolve matters in a practical manner on behalf of defendants and other aggrieved parties.  While much of his practice remains focussed on criminal defense in municipal and superior courts, D.G.’s practice has expanded to include  assisting municipalities  and school boards in civil litigation and regulatory matters throughout the State of New Jersey.

D.G. has resided in Mercer county with his family and several dogs for the last 35 years.

Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the District of New Jersey in 1987.
