Nicholas Pantages’ practice focuses primarily on Trusts and Estates. He is experienced in all aspects of estate planning and administration. His estate planning services include lifetime and end-of-life planning and related document preparation such as Wills, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Special Needs Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advance Directives, as well as lifetime giving, charitable planning, and business succession matters. Nick represents families with complex estate and trust administration issues and also represents individuals who serve as Executor, Trustee, and Guardian. He is licensed to practice in both New Jersey and Florida which gives him a unique perspective and ability to assist clients.
In addition to estate planning matters, Nick has also represented hundreds of clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions and routinely represents clients in applying for guardianships of incapacitated persons.
Nick is a graduate of Widener University School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate and holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from University. Nick is currently serving as Treasurer of the Monmouth County Bar Foundation.
